I want to let the player set the AI in a similar fashion to the Gambit System from FFXII.
Decided to make each rule have 3 elements
Action
List of filters for choosing a target. Ex: Only target enemies with more than 50% health
List of conditions for using the action. Ex: Only use if can hit 3 enemies.
